Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations of a high-volume restaurant in the USA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, overseeing inventory and budgeting, and maintaining a high standard of food quality and hygiene. This is a full-time position that requires hands-on leadership and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all restaurant staff activities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Manage inventory, supplies, and food orders
- Monitor compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Recruit, train, and schedule team members
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food delivery
- Create and implement strategies for improved efficiency and profitability
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and hospitality industry standards
- Proficiency in restaurant management software (POS systems, scheduling tools, etc.)
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or business preferred
- Food Safety Certification (ServSafe or equivalent) is a plus
