Job Description:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking kitchen staff to join our restaurant team in locations across the United States. As part of the kitchen team, you will be responsible for supporting daily food preparation and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. Positions may include line cooks, prep cooks, dishwashers, and kitchen assistants depending on your experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipe standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food prep areas
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Assist with receiving and storing inventory
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and efficiency
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic food preparation and kitchen safety procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Team player with good communication skills
- Legal authorization to work in the United States (visa sponsorship may be available for select positions)
